There is room for all of you here.
When life, your body, or a season of change feels difficult to navigate, therapy can offer a place to slow down, understand the patterns beneath the surface, and return to yourself.
Support for the season you’re in.
Your experience does not need to fit neatly into one category. Start wherever feels most true today.
Fertility
Support through uncertainty, treatment, decisions, and the emotional toll of trying to conceive.
02Pregnancy loss
A compassionate place for grief that deserves to be seen, named, and held.
03Motherhood
Space to meet the identity shifts, expectations, and tenderness of becoming a mother.
04Perimenopause
Support as your body, energy, emotions, and sense of self begin to change.
05Chronic pain
Care that makes room for the physical, emotional, and relational realities of persistent pain.
06Pelvic health
A body-aware approach for the experiences that can be difficult to speak about elsewhere.
Your whole experience belongs here.
I support women through the emotional, relational, psychological, physical, and identity changes that can accompany fertility, pregnancy loss, motherhood, perimenopause, chronic pain, and pelvic health concerns. A biopsychosocial lens helps us consider the whole picture: your body and nervous system, your inner world, your relationships, and the roles and identities you are living through. We move at a pace that respects your nervous system, your story, and your goals.
We make space for what has been hard to say out loud.
We gently connect body sensations, emotions, relationships, and meaning without blame.
You develop ways to feel safer, more grounded, and less alone in daily life.
We make room for self-trust, energy, clarity, and a fuller sense of who you are.
A thoughtful space to be fully human.
I’m Ummulkiram, a therapist who believes that your body carries important information about your experience. My work is grounded in a biopsychosocial, somatic, trauma-informed, and creative approach to support women through the emotional, relational, psychological, physical, and identity changes that can reshape a life.
You do not need to arrive with the right words or a perfectly formed goal. We can begin with what is here.
